Responsibilities

MARK/BTO is one of MARK pillars, combining transversal and business lines dedicated functions.

Its main responsibilities are to steer the business development of MARK activities, drive their transformation, and oversee their operational chains, financials and risks.

Be in charge of leading / accompanying transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division to which the position will report to.

The different missions could impact the Trading, the Sales or the Engineering teams.

Intervene mainly under Front office sponsorship with various project typologies: team organization, new process implementation or optimisation, opportunity studies to develop the Global Markets business, Programme direction, lead / accompany information systems change by following the global strategy defined by our Senior Management.

Be in constant touch with the Front office, the support and the Control functions such as GBSU, RISQ, DFIN, CPLE, SEGL, DGLE.

  1. Be in charge of leading / accompanying transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.
  2. Responsible for coordinating transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.
  3. Responsible for proposing solution regarding transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.
  4. Responsible for monitoring the budget allocated to his/her mission(s).
  5. Responsible for respecting the timeline agreed for delivering his/her mission(s).
  6. Responsible for raising any alerts / risks / dependencies concerning the execution of the project led.
Profile required
  1. Good project management and presentation skills: can understand client needs, scope a mission, identify, organise and follow the actions to perform, meet the deadlines and respect the allocated budget, raise the required alerts, federate the different stakeholders to meet the objectives and deliver solutions to our clients.
  2. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Working knowledge of financial products / Sales & Trading environment.
  4. Autonomy: is autonomous on your missions and you know when to solicitate the approval or arbitration to your management/sponsor depending on the situation.
  5. Management of simultaneous missions: Good organisation skills required. Can get an overview of the projects portfolio you oversee. You can prioritise, synthetize and analyse.
  6. Delivery skills: Delivers on time and brings pragmatic solutions to our clients.
  7. An eagerness to learn about new application or tool, support environment and process improvement.
  8. Enthusiastic, a can-do and proactive approach to show initiative and take ownership.
  9. Reporting: Clear and appropriate reporting to be performed to the management, sponsors and Orga Front Account managers.
  10. Fluent in English and French.
