EHSS Site Advisor - Manufacturing - Westerham, Kent (TN16)We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Advisor to join our team in Westerham, Kent. This role is pivotal in leading the site-level delivery of our 'Elevate EHSS' agenda, acting as the primary subject matter expert, and ensuring full legal compliance. You will champion a strong safety culture, foster employee ownership, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing site.Role Title: EHSS Single Site AdvisorLocation: Westerham, Kent (TN16)Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annumContract Type: Permanent, Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for all aspects of EHSS, from governance and risk management to training and compliance.Site Governance & Risk Management:Conduct regular site audits against the Critical 15 standards and lead site-level risk reduction projects.Audit RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for suitability and compliance, escalating high-risk issues promptly.Oversee and coordinate all statutory inspections and track follow-up actions to completion.
