Billings Administrator (6-Month Contract)

Feltham - Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days WFH

Up to £30,000 (temporary equivalent)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in line with billing schedules
  • Validate and reconcile billing data to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Manage and resolve any billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments
  • Support month-end and year-end billing processes and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing-related questions
  • Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance-related role
  • Proficiency with billing or accounting software (experience with SAP is beneficial)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
