Billings Administrator (6-Month Contract)
Feltham - Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days WFH
Up to £30,000 (temporary equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in line with billing schedules
- Validate and reconcile billing data to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Manage and resolve any billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments
- Support month-end and year-end billing processes and reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing-related questions
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance-related role
- Proficiency with billing or accounting software (experience with SAP is beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
