One of our customers is looking for a Commercial Lawyer with a Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices background for a 6 months contract role in the UK.


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer for a 6-month contract role. This role is crucial in providing expert legal support across various jurisdictions within the EMEA region, with a particular focus on Israel, Turkey, and the Middle Eastern markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive legal support and guidance within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Utilize your experience in competition law to address and resolve relevant legal issues.
  • Assume primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to Israel, Turkey, and other Middle Eastern markets, applying a pragmatic and common-sense approach.
  • Provide legal cover and advice to other jurisdictions within the EMEA region as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in competition law.
  • UK qualified lawyer
