About the role:

You’ll be liaising with the Project Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

The ideal candidate can have either high Rise or traditional build experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Making sure the project is delivered safely through.
  • Work is done in the highest standard.
  • Providing regular updates
  • Meet deadlines.


Requirements:

  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First aid cert
