My clients who are a leading defence company is recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join on a permanent basis in Maidenhead (hybrid working arrangements 2 days in the office per week). Role - Commercial Manager Location - Maidenhead (2 days onsite per week) Type - Permanent Salary - £60,000-£80,000 + bonus + benefits Key responsibilities of the Commercial Manager role will include not be limited to: Provide the day-to-day point of interface on commercial and contractual matters for selected contracts Provide full commercial input to the timely development, approval and issuance of bids and proposals Identification of commercial risk and the development and implementation of effective risk mitigation strategies and actions Ensure that the Company's contractual obligations are communicated to the project teams and support functions Ensure resolution of commercial issues Support the project teams to identify contract changes and manage the commercial side of the Change Control process Supporting the project procurement team in the negotiation of contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors Support other members of the commercial team as required Lead in the negotiation of any amendments to our existing contracts and new agreements Reviewing, re-drafting and leading the negotiation of customer contracts and agreements.
