Birchrose Associates have partnered with a top 200 law firm to find a Locum Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor to start a role ASAP for 3 months +The OpportunityOur client, an impressive, full-service L500 practice, is seeking a Locum Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor to assist whilst the team recruit on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and will be on hand to assist an initial 3 months, with likelihood of extending beyond this point.The firm are happy to offer the role on a remote working basis, with 1-2 days per month in the office preferred. You are also welcome to work in the office or on a more hybrid working basis if an office environment is your preference.ResponsibilitiesThe Locum would assume responsibility for a varied caseload, including a range of Insolvency and Restructuring matters.You would be acting for a varied client base to include a range of businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, investors and individuals.Benefits

  • Remote working
  • Attractive hourly rate of £50 - £55 per hour, DOE. Those seeking a higher rate are encouraged to apply and will be considered on their own merit
  • Working within a top 200 practice

Requirements

  • Experience handling busy caseloads of Insolvency and Restructuring matters
  • Ability to hit the ground running, be it on a remote, office or hybrid working basis
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy, collaborative team
