From your morning coffee through to your evening dinner, and your mid-afternoon snack(s). This law firm will have worked with many of the brands you see lining your kitchen cupboard.

Now you can work on deals with clients even your mum will have heard of.

Not only do they do a lot of work in the food and beverage sector, but they also work with clients in technology, property and private equity.

Often, they represent early stage, PE or VC backed, growth companies.

Working with the founders themselves from the get-go, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients on their growth journey.

As part of this, you can expect to work closely with the Partners, going on-site to clients delivering seminars and workshops. There will be plenty of opportunity for face time with key decision makers at both high growth start-ups and established corporate clients.

As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll sit within their corporate and commercial team, which is made up of over 20 people. Meaning they have the strength in depth to bring in complex deals. While the specialist commercial team is made of 3 Solicitors, so you'll still retain a close-knit group of other specialist Commercial Solicitors.

Continuous learning and development will be a priority.

With regular team check-ins, you'll learn from the Managing Partner of the firm, themselves a specialist Commercial Solicitor with over 20 years' experience. You'll have access to an online training platform and can take advantage of a training bursary. This means you'll continue to enhance your skills and become a well-rounded Commercial Solicitor.

Balancing profit with purpose. When you join this firm, you can be satisfied you're contributing to a wider cause.

Whether it's launching a network for female entrepreneurs, partnering with a purpose led business forum or their B-Corp status, this law firm do the right thing for all their stakeholders, and you'll be encouraged to get involved as well.

As a specialist Commercial Solicitor, you can expect to work on a mix of supply agreements, franchise and concession agreements, data and GDPR compliance.

What You'll Need

You must be Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 2-8 PQE.

You must have significant commercial law experience and have worked in private practice.
