You'll work directly with end users and sales engineers to deliver outstanding technical support, machining expertise, and hands-on training on CNC fixed and sliding head machinery. 🚗 Key Responsibilities Travel to customer sites throughout the UK & Ireland to provide machine set-up, prove-out, cutting trials, and operator training. Support new machine installations at customer premises and company showrooms, ensuring all equipment meets factory specifications. Develop and prove machining methods and programs to solve customers' manufacturing challenges in collaboration with sales engineers. Deliver live machine demonstrations for dealers and customers, clearly explaining processes and handling technical queries confidently.
