This nationwide change known as the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) switch-off affects all UK households businesses and public services. We must upgrade our telecare and other connected services to digital networks ahead of the official switch-off deadlineto ensure service continuity and enhance safety reliability and future-readiness.This is a pivotal role in Moats transformation journey working closely with the Head of Delivery & Change& our Director of Data & Technologyto deliver a high-impact programme that directly affects customers and operational teams.You will be joining the programme at a key point our solutions have beenidentifiedmultiplesuppliershave beenonboardedand we are now entering the crucial phase of delivery. As we progress through our schemes testing solutions & communicating with customersunderpinning this complex programme with a well-controlled plan will be essential to our success.For moreinformationpleasetake a lookat the job description:Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning execution and delivery of the Digital Switchover Programme across Moats housing portfolio.Coordinate with internal teams external suppliers and stakeholders to ensuretimelyupgrades of telecare and other connected services.Manage risks dependencies and budgets associated with theprogramme.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Communicate progress andimpactclearly to senior leadership and operational teams.Champion customer-focused delivery ensuring minimal disruption and clear communication to residents.About YouProven experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder projectsideally within housing infrastructure or digital transformation.Strong commercialacumen with proven experience managing complex multi-supplier relationships.Strong understanding of the PSTN switch-off and its implications for housing and telecare servicesis beneficialExcellent communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced change-oriented environment.Project managementqualification(e.g. PRINCE2 Agile PMP)isdesirable.Working at MoatWe support agile working and provide all necessary IT equipment to enable flexible working between home and our Dartford part of acollaborative;forward-thinking team committed to delivering meaningful change for our customers.To apply:Complete our application form in full via ourcareerswebsite.
