Salon Floor Manager Wanted for Our Vibrant Aveda Lifestyle Hair Salon in East London

We're looking for a Salon Floor Manager to join our sustainable and vibrant Aveda Lifestyle Salon in East London. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and are driven by personal and business growth, this could be the perfect role for you


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of highly skilled professionals, nurturing their creativity and growth

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a high level of service for all guests

- Manage performance and development of team members, driving growth and meeting benchmarks

- Analyse weekly reports (productivity, retail sales, service conversion, etc.) to identify growth opportunities

- Handle scheduling, rota management, stock control, and front-of-house duties

- Deliver exceptional customer care and resolve challenges efficiently


What We’re Looking For:

- Proven managerial and customer service experience in a high-performance environment (hair/beauty industry experience is a plus)

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask across admin, client relations, and team management

- A passion for sustainability and wellbeing, aligned with our Aveda ethos

- A proactive problem-solver with experience using booking systems (Zenoti) and Excel/Google Sheets
