You’ll be someone who lives for testing creative, analysing data, and driving performance through Meta Ads Manager.Working alongside senior account managers and the Paid Media Leads, you’ll manage and scale paid social campaigns for multiple brands. You’ll play a key role in shaping growth strategies, driving quality lead generation, and achieving ambitious ROI goals.What You’ll Be DoingManage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).Build and test creative variations, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.Develop scalable campaign structures to drive efficient growth.Collaborate with the creative team to brief new content and test fresh hooks and angles.Analyse campaign data daily, identify trends, spot opportunities, and make data-backed decisions.Stay on top of Meta Ads Manager innovations, best practices, and policy updates.Contribute to wider growth strategy discussions across the agency.What We’re Looking For3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).Proven success scaling lead generation campaigns.Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies and attribution.Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros.Comfortable working with data and spotting performance patterns.A proactive mindset; you test, learn, and optimise constantly.Why Join LeadlyBe part of an ambitious, creative team redefining performance marketing.Hybrid setup with the flexibility of remote work and the energy of in-person collaboration.A structured onboarding plan and clear progression opportunities.Good Vibes Initiative: 12 extra paid days off per year for wellbeing activities like hikes, yoga, coaching, and more.Additional annual leave for every year of service (up to 5 days).Clear growth path and monthly performance bonuses.Work From Anywhere PolicyReady to own your role and make an impact?
