Support WorkerSearch Health-care is collaborating with a renowned Health-care Provider to recruit several experienced Support Workers for a Leeds-based facility. This role involves a temp-to-perm arrangement, offering care to vulnerable individuals with complex needs, focusing on their emotional and mental wellbeing.The Role:As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with mental health issues and complex needs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role and be familiar with supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs. Completion of MAPA/PMVA training is required.What We Are Looking For:Passionate about helping others and capable of encouraging people to achieve their full potential.Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Possession of MAPA/PMVA certification is essential.A valid driving license is essentialCompetence in completing risk assessments essential Dedication to empowering individuals with complex needs to take control of their lives.Aiming to build a fulfilling and rewarding career in social care, making a significant difference in the lives of those you support.At least 6 months of experience in the mental health sector and the ability to provide 2 years of employment references.Benefits:Monday to Friday scheduleTemp-to-perm opportunityCompetitive hourly rates and holiday entitlementFree DBS checkFree uniformIf you have the relevant experience, please contact us immediately at (phone number removed) to register your details or send your CV to .
