As a Care Worker, you’ll be part of a supportive team making a real difference to the lives of residents who call our home their own. What Your Day Could InvolveNo two days are the same. One morning you might be helping someone start their day with a smile and a chat over breakfast, and later you could be supporting a favourite activity or simply offering a listening ear. Whatever the task, you’ll bring care and kindness to everything you do. Your day might include: Acting as a key worker and helping to shape and review care plansSupporting with personal care and daily routines with respect and compassionPromoting wellbeing through physical, social and mental activitiesWorking closely with health professionals and familiesMaintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environmentKeeping accurate records and contributing to team meetings About YouYou’re someone who brings warmth, patience and understanding to every interaction. You treat every person with respect and dignity, recognising the individual behind every story. You’ll bring at least six months’ experience from a care home setting, supporting residents living with dementia.
