This is a senior role where youll oversee everything from concept and design through to tooling and production, managing a skilled, multidisciplinary team and delivering high-precision products to customers in aerospace, defence, automotive, and industrial sectors.The right candidate will have a strong manufacturing or engineering background, ideally with experience in composites or advanced materials, along with expertise in Design for Manufacture (DFM), CAD (SolidWorks), and tooling design. Working closely with the senior management team, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight.You will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, to the highest standards, and aligned with commercial objectives.
