Job Title: IBA TechnicianLocation: City of LondonSalary: Up To £50,000 plus excellent benefitsBenefits: 10% pension contribution, Life Insurance x6, Income Protection, Season Ticket Loan, Cycle to Work Scheme, Private Medical insurance, Eye Care, Health & Wellbeing, Holiday Allowance (plus additional discretionary leave) and bonus potentialWorking Pattern: Full Time Hybrid - 3 days office-based plus remote workingAbout the RoleWe are partnering with two leading Lloyd’s Brokers, both seeking experienced IBA Accounts Technicians to join their growing finance teams.These roles offer the opportunity to work within dynamic, forward-thinking global organisations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client and market transactions, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and efficient fiduciary accounting processes in line with regulatory requirements.Process and allocate client premiums, claims receipts, and market settlements accurately and promptly.Perform reconciliations of IBA accounts, ensuring all receipts and disbursements are correctly allocated.Monitor and manage unallocated cash, aged debt, funding, payable credits, and doubtful brokerage.Prepare management information and ad-hoc reports on key metrics and balances.Liaise with clients, underwriters, and internal business units to resolve financial queries.Support the IBA team with credit control procedures and assist in clearing unmatched cash.Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide cover or support across the IBA function as required.Key Skills & ExperienceTwo years’ + experience in a similar IBA or fiduciary accounting role within the London Insurance MarketStrong understanding of (Re)insurance processes and client money regulationsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Sequel Eclipse Broking or OpenTwins systems advantageousExcellent communication, organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressureProactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a solutions-driven mindsetAPPLY NOWIf you are interested in this role, please use the ‘Apply’ button above and forward a copy of your CV to us.
