Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary Range: £45,000 to £50,000 per year
Company Overview: Our company is a leading construction firm specialising in RC frame and groundworks projects. We are committed to innovation, accuracy, and collaboration throughout the design and construction process.
Role Summary: As a BIM 3D Modeler, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and constructible 3D models using BIM software. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the BIM model reflects the design intent and meets project specifications. Your attention to detail and proficiency in software tools like Revit and AutoCAD will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Produce 3D models using the latest information in dimensions, design specifications, materials, and quantities.
- Develop BIM models to present graphic walk-throughs using Navisworks and Showcase.
- Work collaboratively with Engineers and the Preconstruction Team.
- Produce construction documents and drawings from BIM/3D models.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
- Experience with RC frame and groundworks projects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with simulation tools is a plus.
