We have an exciting opportunity for WIP Operative to join our Team at the Bromborough site.Shift Pattern: 5 out of 6 days 7:00 am to 15:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Follow lean thinking principles and make suggestions for improvement so that better ways of doing jobs are identified and implemented. Have a shared responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the BRC global Standard for Food. To carry out other duties 'site wide' that may reasonably be requested to ensure the efficient running of the business Always keep working area clean and tidy so hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained Report nonstandard conditions immediately to your supervisor so they can be put right quickly to minimise waste. Ensure you adhere to the quality manual and follow the company's RAG attribute protocol. Unloading all raw meat delivery vehicles including temperature checks which must be recorded on the arolink system. Organise own work activities. Carry out a range of tasks and activities and ensure all tasks are finished within permitted time frames. Check products and materials against the required quality standards to ensure they meet specifications.
