DH Gatwick have been established for 40 years and we supply temporary and permanent cover to a huge variety of client in the RH postcode area (Crawley, Horsham, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Redhill, Reigate, East Grinstead etc).

Recruitment is very diverse and multi disciplined and there is a lot of confusion about the industry as it is so versatile. We specialise in the Driving, Industrial and soon to be Construction Divisions. Our clients may call us on the day for on the spot cover, or to cover someone for a week as they are on holiday. They may call us at any point for anything, and our aim is to support them the best way we can.

We are not just another recruitment agency. We know we matter, our people matter, our clients matter and as importantly our candidates matter. We value what we do greatly and we thrive on providing support that matters too. Our various awards are testament to how we do things

We are looking for someone to expand our team that will bring certain characteristics to the team

  • Humble -between us we will praise each other to the hills and very rightly so. This tops within the team and we let our work do the talking, without boasting
  • Proud- we want someone that will take pride in their work. It will become their craft, their career. Attention to detail, efficiency and following processes are all hugely important
  • Know what you want- This again can be viewed as controversial BUT...we want to speak to people that are ready for a career, that want the opportunity and see it in it rawest form, yet be smart enough to recognise it and mould it to what it can be.
