Exciting Opportunity for a Head of Sales in North Leeds

Are you an inspirational leader, a self-starter with a proven track record of managing a successful Sales team to achieve maximum potential? We are partnering with a leading global company in the Health and Personal Care industry, specialising in the innovation and manufacturing of sustainable products for the Retail market. Due to an internal promotion, this is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team as the Head of Sales, providing mentorship, coaching, and training to further grow and develop individuals, with a focus on 'evolution not revolution'.

As the Head of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind a truly dedicated and collaborative sales team, leading by example and inspiring excellence every step of the way. From mentoring and coaching to strategic planning and relationship-building, you'll do it all. Your role will be to drive performance and provide leadership to deliver on the sales budget, with full P&L responsibility. Alongside this, you will be the face of the business, leading by example to support the team on key customer visits.
