  • Lead quality assurance efforts throughout the production process, with a strong focus on maintaining long shelf-life products.
  • Operate within a B2B environment with no retail-facing obligations, allowing you to focus on continuous quality improvements.
  • Oversee operational processes, addressing process-related issues and maintaining product safety.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Technical.
  • Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team on the factory floor, encouraging a culture of quality and excellence.
