We are currently looking for a QA Officer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based on a hybrid basis in the Buckinghamshire/London border. As the QA Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the site Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting remote batch release activities.


This is an initial 5 month contract, 5 days per week with 2-3 days p/w of remote working.



Key Duties and Responsibilities:


Your duties as the QA Officer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. As the QA Officer, you will assist in the maintenance of quality systems, including deviations, change control, supply agreements, document control, quality metrics reporting, and training.


2. As the QA Officer, you will complete scheduled records and quality system tasks in compliance with internal standards and EU GMP.


3. As the QA Officer, you will compile and review Product Quality Review sets for completeness and compliance with EU GMP and regulatory requirements.


4. As the QA Officer, you will support internal audits and participate in Quality Risk Management (QRM) assessments.



Role Requirements


To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Assurance Officer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:


1. Relevant degree in a scientific or related field.


2. Proven industry experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, and control measures.


3. A working knowledge and practical experience with QMS', such as TrackWise. Experience with sterile injectable and remote release activities would be an advantage
