Job Title: Online Administrator - Central Online Trading and Optimization TeamLocation: 1 Fitzroy, 6 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3JJ (3 days / 2 from home)Pay: £250 day rateHours: 5 days per week (Mon-Fri / 37.5 hours) Duration: 4 weeks (possibility for extension)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Online Administrator to support our Central Online Trading and Optimization Team at a global beauty and cosmetics brand. This individual will play a critical role in supporting administrative tasks whilst ensuring smooth operations and efficiency with updating the image optimisation of online retail stores.. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries, routing emails, and prioritising requests.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation, relating to all online imagery
- Brand liaison: ensuring all global brands are compliant and in line with proposed guidelines.
- Tracking and timelines: Ensure that all process of project is correctly tracked and timeline, provinging regular updates.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including ordering supplies, managing expenses, and handling other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus.
