Job Title: Maintenance EngineerMaintenance Engineer Location: Worcester Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (Worcester) Shifts: Mon-Fri (8.30am5pm with flexibility) A leading plastics manufacturer specialising in injection moulding is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. At that site in Worcester, they continue to invest in people, processes, and equipmentmaking this an exciting time to come on board. The RoleAs the sites go-to Maintenance Engineer , youll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a variety of equipment including injection moulding machines, extrusion lines, vacuum forming cells, chillers, granulators, compressors, and more. You will be the escalation point for technical issues, supporting the business with your electrical bias while also applying mechanical expertise. What Were Looking ForExperience maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment or Heavy industry machinery.Skilled in PLC programming and fault-finding (I/O).Familiarity with mechanical systems and general facilities maintenance.Ideally, 5 years post-qualification experience (or QBE).Why Join?Day shift in Worcester (MonFri, 8.30am5pm with flexibility).Be part of a supportive and growing business where youll have autonomy and responsibility.Work directly with the leadership team in a flexible, informal environment.23 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays, which grows with service.
