About the Role:
As a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering information security strategies that align with business objectives. Leveraging your extensive experience in professional services and consultancy, you will act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that security becomes a business enabler rather than a barrier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Design and implement tailored security strategies that address organizational goals while mitigating risks.
- Manage and lead a team of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Provide strategic advice on information security, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to address security challenges with practical, business-driven solutions.
- Ensure the organization’s security frameworks support and enhance its global consultancy services.

- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
