The role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of a wide variety of projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients while upholding our commitment to excellence in engineering.


In short you will


  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Delivering detailed designs and work packages for roads, drainage, earthworks, and utility schemes for a range of public and private clients to time and budget
  • Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, working to prevent and address issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams within the organization and external partners, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation to provide solutions.


About you

We are seeking an experience Senior Civil Engineer that is interested in furthering their career with the skillset to thrive in a small and dynamic team. You will play a key role in developing and implementing civil strategies for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and municipal developments.


The ideal candidate will be able to tick the below


  • A relevant civil engineering degree or masters level qualification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong proficiency in engineering software and design tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
  • Highly organised skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and sustainable design principles into projects.
