A Lloyd's Managing Agency have a new opening for a Reinsurance Placement Officer. You will help to co-ordinate reinsurance placements and will efficiently administer the reinsurance placement process, and ensure the satisfactory audit documentation in line with agreed procedures.The successful applicant will have prior experience in a Ceded Re placement function, allowing you to contribute to the team and take ownership of placements. A good understanding of contract wordings & market trends would be advantageous. Applicants should have experience in the London Insurance Market, particularly in relation to ceded/outwards reinsurance placement for Excess of Loss and Quota Share Treaties. You will ideally have been involved in facilitating reinsurance placements for multi-entity carriers for a number of years across multiple classes of business (including Property and Casualty) lines.
