Role Overview

As an Administrator, you'll be part of a small team responsible for preparing high-quality information for the Quality Assurance team before their field visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn how to create electronic information packs for various review visits.
  • Deliver information accurately and on time before scheduled visits.
  • Handle queries professionally or escalate to the Supervisor as needed.
  • Update the procedure manual quarterly to ensure it reflects current practices.
  • Keep all information updated and correctly stored.
  • Work with colleagues to regularly process relevant documents.
Requirements
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay motivated and focused during repetitive tasks.
