Program Manager

Forbes Advisor is hiring We are searching for a Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping ourselves as a tech leader in the US market. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Marketplace team. Reporting to the UK-based Lead Program Manager the Program Manager will oversee the planning execution and delivery of product initiatives in our Search Engine Marketing space. This role requires a strong background in project management excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams particularly in Marketing Product and Engineering. Experience in the affiliate marketing space and paid marketing is preferential. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the key areas of our business while working in an environment that values innovation creativity and adaptability. Responsibilities:  Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within Paid Marketing team supporting the Search Engine Marketing teams across all verticals. Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders technical and product teams and third parties to define project requirements and deliverables. Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure project objectives are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior leaders on project status risks and issues.
