Following continued growth and a recent team change theyre now looking to bring in an additional senior-level engineer who can hit the ground running and take some pressure off the leadership team.The OpportunityThis role would suit a confident highly skilled tradesperson whos mastered their craft and is ready to take ownership of their work. Youll be joining a small tight-knit team of engineers carrying out domestic projects of all sizes from routine servicing and repairs to full installations.You wont be micromanaged here. The business is looking for someone experienced enough to work independently manage their own workload and support a younger apprentice when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver domestic plumbing and heating installations servicing and maintenance.Work confidently and independently to a high standard.Provide occasional guidance or oversight to a junior engineer.Maintain professional communication with customers contractors and architects.What Were Looking ForNVQ Level 3 with up-to-date Gas Safe qualifications.5 years experience in domestic plumbing and heating.Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers.A reliable self-sufficient mindset with pride in quality workmanship.Whats On OfferSalary range depending on experience.Company van uniform and pension scheme.A stable long-term position with consistent local work.A supportive team environment where experience and initiative are valued.
