ABA Insurances journey reflects its commitment to excellence innovation and putting clients first.Responsibilities and DutiesSupporting the sales team by identifying researching and contacting potential clientsLearning how to assess client needs and match them with the right insurance solutionsLearning to present and promote services to clients in a professional clear and compelling mannerDeveloping sales techniques through structured training and real-world experienceLearning ABA Insurances unique sales processBuilding strong relationships with commercial clients in the construction sector while working only B2BWorking towards transitioning from an opener to a closer within 12 monthsDeveloping and maintaining a pipeline of leads through cold callingMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the companyWorking WeekCore working hours will be 35 hours per week from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 4 Sales Executive qualification. This apprenticeship will take 12-18 months to complete with assessments. The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours working towards achieving the qualification.
