They have a progressive and supportive approach and pride themselves on going above and beyond for their clients and employees.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Account Handler to join their thriving team in Chelsmford area. This is a full time, permanent role with a salary of up to £42,000 plus a suite of generous benefits.The RoleThe purpose of the role is to provide a dedicated support to a team of Account Executives and deliver a quality service to new and existing customers.The main duties include:Provide appropriate advice on suitable policies and risk managementProcessing of and negotiating with clients and underwriters on new business and renewalsIssuing of relevant documentation, ensuring it is accurate and compliantAssisting in the handling of claimsSupporting the Account ExecutivesProviding exceptional service to customers and building strong, long-term relationshipsThe successful candidate must have:Experience in dealing with Insurance business (farm would be an advantage)Excellent administrative skills and backgroundKnowledge of commercial products and insurance marketExcellent customer service skillsProven track record of retentionP...
