Our client is a well-established entity in the FMCG sector with a significant presence across Europe and a head office within Greater Manchester. They are an industry leader, renowned for their high-quality products and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Description

Th Divisional Continuous Improvement Manager will report directly into the Divisional Operations Manager and will lead the Continuous Improvement Strategy across 7 sites across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical acumen and a proven track record deployment of CI strategy across a multi-site organisation. They will:

  • Setting the Operational Excellence Strategy for the Division, deploying the Vision & Process Frameworks across all sites
  • Work with Operations team to design and align the processed for Operational Excellence
  • Develop and drive Operational Excellence culture across the division
  • Collaborate with and provide training across all departments to improve processes
  • Facilitate key processes of Strategy Deployment, Project Management and Daily Performance Management
  • Share best practice initiatives across the division
  • Coach site management and their teams to ensure year on year delivery in line with strategic goals of the business

Profile

A successful Divisional Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying across multi-site environment
  • Gravitas with ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to coach/mentor across senior levels of the business
  • High level of commitment with self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to travel and be away from home approx 50% of the time
