This agency are at the top of their game when it comes to driving client performance The role: Own and manage the Paid Advertising team across PPC & Paid Social Oversee the team to develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc)Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Specialists, Account Managers & ExecutivesWork closely with clients to drive results and build long-term partnershipsStay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team and the whole agencyContribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services
