Void SurveyorBased in Broxbourne, HertfordshirePermanent, full-time, 37 hours per weekSalary: £40,956 - £45,506 per annumWe have an exciting opportunity for a proven property maintenance professional with survey, diagnosis and remedial action expertise to step into a brand new role with our dedicated organisation.As a Void Surveyor, you'll be ensuring that our properties are safe and in great condition. Working alongside contractors and internal teams, you'll make sure we meet statutory and regulatory standards to support our tenants. This brand new role will see you support new beginnings for our residents, delivering homes that reflect our commitment to quality, care and community. You'll achieve this by effectively surveying properties, preparing specs and works orders, identifying resources and working with planners to ensure timely delivery.
