This is an exciting opportunity to shape strategy, deliver transformative projects, and work with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.The practice supports clients in areas such as:Security strategy and risk managementData and identity securityHuman risk and security cultureGenerative AI risk governanceSecurity operations modernisationAs a Managing Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading complex engagements, mentoring junior colleagues, and influencing senior executives to deliver secure, sustainable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client projects to transform cybersecurity and architecture capabilities.Provide strategic guidance on the organisational, technical, and human dimensions of cybersecurity.Oversee security assurance, implementing frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and Cyber Essentials.Design or improve security architectures aligned with industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO, COBIT).Advise on secure adoption of Generative AI, balancing innovation and regulatory compliance.Conduct security maturity assessments and threat modelling to guide risk management strategies.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.Support business development activities, including bids, proposals, and client pitches.Contribute to internal initiatives such as practice development, thought leadership, and team-building activities.What You’ll NeedStrong experience in cybersecurity consulting or leadership roles.Currently working in an established Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.Proven ability/experience in managing teams and having direct reports.Expertise in one or more areas: security architecture, risk management, SOC operations, OT security, or identity & access management.Familiarity with industry frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, NIS2, DORA, GDPR).Knowledge or experience in Gen AI security and its implications for businesses.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ (preferred).Experience delivering in a matrixed consulting environment and building client relationships.SC clearance (or eligibility).Why JoinHybrid and flexible working for better work-life balance.Opportunities to lead high-profile, innovative projects across multiple sectors.Access to world-class training and certifications, including CISSP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Agile frameworks.International development opportunities, including exclusive training at the company’s innovation campus.A collaborative, inclusive culture that prioritises wellbeing, learning, and career growth.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible benefits package tailored to your lifestyle.Clear career progression within a global consulting environment.The chance to work with a company consistently ranked among the UK’s “Best Places to Work.”
