Company & Role:

The company you will be working with, specialises in supplying those industries with branding & customisation of workwear. Delivering bespoke solutions for garments including bespoke merchandises. The opportunity to create and grow your own account is endless.

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building brand new accounts in the growing Workwear & Uniform industry within Hospitality / Healthcare / Logistics / Hospitality (Food & Beverage & Hotels) amongst other opportunities you spot.



Culture:

· Agile environment, open to change and rapidly growing as a team, currently 7 in the team with 2 New Business Development Managers and 5 Account Managers.

· Small team which means there is plenty to go after in the market across the UK

· Honest, direct and full transparency within the team and with clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • You will be generating new leads and managing the accounts, using Sales Navigator.
  • 100% New Business therefore, seeking new opportunities in the market. Example clients currently include Lloyds Pharmacy, Pizza Express, Bacardi, Milwaukee, Benefits Cosmetics to name a few. This gives you an idea of the range of sectors you can target.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and generate quotations accordingly.
  • Attend meetings via Teams or Face to Face, including delivering presentations.



Requirements

  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Proven track record in a Business Development role - ideally experience in New Business.
  • Experience of selling Staff/Workwear uniforms
  • Experience or Knowledge selling similar products.
  • A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional customer service.

  • Salary Min. £40,000 (negotiable) per annum plus monthly bonus with an OTE of £30k.
