This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key compliance role, ensuring projects meet Building Regulations and CDM requirements whilst working alongside a talented and diverse team on high-quality, award-winning schemes. To confirm, ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM 2015 requirements. Experience acting as Principal Designer on projects across multiple sectors. Proven ability to manage health and safety throughout design and construction phases. Excellent communication skills to liaise with design teams, contractors and clients.
