Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Improvement Lead - SubmarinesWorking Pattern: DaysWorking location: DerbyAn exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer - Improvement Lead role has arisen within the New Build & Components Business (NB&C), in Nuclear (Submarines).The successful candidate will lead Manufacturing Engineering Strategic Improvements to enable rate to hit SSNA drumbeat. The successful candidate will be required to work with a range of SMEs to help foster a Continuous Improvement, Zero Defect culture. The submarines business is going through a period of significant change, ramping up to deliver 3 times current production volume.
