Role:

As a Newly Qualified Insolvency Lawyer within this esteemed practice, your responsibilities will include providing expert legal advice on a range of insolvency matters. You will be instrumental in managing cases involving both corporate and personal insolvency, working closely with a team of experienced professionals. Your role will also involve preparing legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a qualifying law degree and have completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC), with a focus on insolvency law. Experience gained through a training contract or pupillage with exposure to insolvency cases is highly desirable.
