DescriptionThe RoleYoull manage a portfolio of UK-based clients support new business opportunities and collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions. Youll also contribute to broking strategy and placements helping shape the future of cyber risk management. As part of the team you will:Client RelationshipsManage a portfolio of cyber insurance clientsSupport renewals retention and growthCollaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored solutionsBuild trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.Broking & PlacementUnderstand client needs and risksPrepare market submissions and negotiate with insurersSupport complex placements with senior colleaguesEnsure compliance and accurate documentation.Operational SupportMaintain systems and recordsHelp track revenue and support budgetingDeliver consistent high-quality serviceWork with teams across WTW to coordinate client solutions.QualificationsThe RequirementsExperience in client service or broking (cyber or technology professional indemnity preferred)Efficient communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised detail-focused and proactiveWillingness to learn and grow ACII or cyber qualifications a plusComfortable working in a collaborative hybrid environment.WTW BenefitsEnjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive both professionally and personally.
