Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager at AAIWA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our platform and delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. You will oversee various aspects of operations, including supplier management, service quality assurance, demand forecasting, scheduling, and customer experience management. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with 6-8 years of experience in operations management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze demand patterns and trends to forecast service demand in different locations and periods.
  • Develop staffing plans and allocate resources to meet service demand and optimize service delivery efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management for consumable supplies and equipment required for service delivery, managing procurement, storage, and distribution.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to service delivery, customer satisfaction, and service professional performance, and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technology, product, and marketing to drive process improvements and enhance the scalability of AAIWA Company's operations.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the technology, e-commerce, or service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing teams and driving performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
