About the Role The Trainee Process Operative will join a busy production team responsible for the safe and hygienic intake, control, and processing of raw milk. This position includes hands-on learning, industry training, and clear progression into a full Process Operative role and beyond. Working Pattern: 5 shifts per week, Monday–Sunday Rotating start times depending on operational needs (from 05:00) Your Training & Development Pathway Stage 1: Trainee Process Operative (6–7 months) Work on the external tanker bay, ensuring hygienic raw milk intake Gain practical process experience Study for a Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP qualification Receive continuous support fr...
