At FRG every team members contribution is valued and collective success is celebrated.The Bid Writer at First Response Group plays a pivotal role in securing new business by leading the creation and coordination of compelling compliant and competitive bid submissions. Working closely with cross-functional teams the Bid Writer ensures that proposals are strategically aligned well-crafted and delivered on time.Oversee and drive the entire bid lifecycle from strategic planning and content creation to pricing strategy and final submission.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather critical insights data and resources that enhance bid quality and competitiveness.Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the bidding process.Ensure all bid submissions are fully compliant with regulatory standards and tailored to client-specific requirements.Lead bid-related meetings reviews and post-submission debriefs fostering continuous learning and process improvement.Deliver compelling presentations to clients effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators during the bidding phase.Monitor and evaluate bid performance metrics to identify trends inform strategy and drive ongoing improvement.Proven experience in bid writing proposal development or bid management.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly Word and PowerPoint.Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex information into clear engaging content.Resilient under pressure adaptable to shifting priorities and committed to meeting tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills fostering collaboration across teams and building trust with stakeholders Key Skills Banking,Communication,Data Networking,ABAP,IT System Administration,Clinical Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 45000 - 45000
