This role involves managing databases, interpreting large quantities of data, and producing insightful reports for stakeholders. The position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage databases, including linking datasets using Microsoft Excel Power Query.
  • Interpret and manage large quantities of data.
  • Plan and implement tasks effectively, managing timing plans with a professional, outcome-focused approach.
  • Produce reports that provide clear insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team members and operate without direct supervision on a day-to-day basis.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel and Power BI, to create queries, tables, and reports.
  • Adhere to and follow all company policies and procedures.
Person Requirements:
  • Desirable: Experience in automotive retail.
  • Proven experience working with Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SSRS or SharePoint.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Accurate and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detailed and accurate work ethos.
  • Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Comfortable working within an SLA/environment with proven experience of achieving against challenging performance targets.
  • Logical approach with a high level of numeracy and accuracy.
