About the Job:
- Lead the Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse and talented team of hospitality professionals.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards in food quality, service, and ambiance.
- Drive Performance: Take ownership of financial results, including sales, profitability, and cost controls.

- Proven experience as a General Manager (or similar role) in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
