You will play an active role in coordinating shifts, carrying out audits, and assessing staff competencies, ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding care. In return, you will receive an additional 5% on your salary for additional duties, as well as the opportunity to take part in leadership training to enhance your career.Please note that you will be required to be working on shift 5 days consecutively with 2 days off.
