As an Agile Delivery Manager you will lead mentor and coach a team of Agile Leads ensuring excellence in agile delivery across the organization.This is a remote role but you will need to be based in the UK as the role will involve travel to our Gaming Studios in ManchesterKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Guide a team of Agile Leads fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.Agile Expertise: Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery ensuring quality and efficiency.Collaboration: Facilitate cross-domain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.Project Support: Assist in defining and executing small projects ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks ensuring timely escalation and intervention.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.Qualifications : Required Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.Proficient in Continuous Improvement strategies.Knowledge of Governance & Assurance principles.Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.Ability to create and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.Experience in talent recruitment development and retention.Additional Information : At Entain we know that signing top players requires a great starting package and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
