Job ProfileSenior Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerHybrid West MidlandsPart of LSL Property Services plc Financial Services division PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with circa 1000 Mortgage & Insurance firms as business partners and approaching 3000 advisors working alongside us.Other businesses within the FS division include TMA Novium and Linear Financial Solutions.We are keen to recruit a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our first-class Finance function based on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull West Midlands.Role PurposeOversee and manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis group reporting monthly consolidation & board packs. Coordinate the business plan & forecast cyclesCoordination & consolidationActing as a buffer between group & finance departmentProviding top-down viewLong range business planDistilling the story for CFO/Board LevelMain AccountabilitiesBudget/Forecast coordination & consolidationPrimary contact for group queriesProduction of packs & decks for FS/LSL board presentationsCFO support & high-level modellingProduction of 3 Year plansMonthly accounts consolidation & telling the storyScenario modelling Risks & opportunitiesCFO state of the nation reportTop-down business planningSupport on investment opportunitiesGroup reporting cashflow forecastSupport CFO on all Corporate GovernanceDistribute board minutes to CFO DRsKnowledge and Expertise requiredEducated to degree level or equivalentProfessional accountancy qualification (ACCA ACA CIMAor equivalent)Experience of working in financial services industry preferableWorking at Executive level and preferably experience at board level in terms of report writing and presentationsCo-ordination of professional finance teamsBuilding detailed models and forecasts in a complex environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsOrganised and able to influence other teams to achieve deadlinesUnderstand interpret and apply informationStrong modelling and analytic skillsExcellent analytical skills with ability to think independently and draw conclusionsAble to pull the story out from the detail to an exec level summaryEssential requirements3 years post qualificationAAT qualified/ Studying for ACCA/ACA/CIMA3 years in similar rolesSalary and Benefits -Monies 70000 - 80000 DOE Negotiable plus BonusEnhanced pension alongside access to plc linked share-based incentives when availableThe role is Full time Hybrid with Home and our Solihull HQThe car allowance payable with this role is included in the base salary advertisedApplications in confidence with a CV and covering note to of PRIMIS / LSLs internal recruitment functionInternal LSL group applicants must discuss your intentions to apply with your immediate line manager prior to your application being submitted.We are an equal opportunity and Disability Confident employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
