Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to be based on a client site in Sunbury. The Supervisor forms part of the technical team service provided under the contract. This Role falls part of the Operations based at Sunbury as a static based role. The core hours are Monday to Friday 0800 till 1700 40 hours per week. However the candidate will need to be flexible in their start times to ensure that they are able to support the clients needs. Any additional hours worked outside the core hours will be paid at a standard call out rate. They may at time be asked to undertake call out to support the site. Purpose of Role 1. The role will provide support in the coordination, planning and monitoring of the engineers , auditing, and enforcement of the Control of Work requirements. 2. The role is responsible for the safe execution, agreed quality and timely completion of PPMs and Work orders work and to ensure that the Client & JLL requirements are adhered to at all times. Help planning with the contract support the onsite team work load, while also required to act as an interim manager covering absences and leave on site and planning the work load. 3. Accountable to the Technical Management. Will also work alongside the planning and scheduling team and engineering delivery. Provide first point of contact for the engineering team. 4.
